We all had an incredibly welcoming stay & would highly recommend anybody considering to book in advance as so popula

It was a charming period property set in extensive grounds with unrivalled views over the downs. All rooms were stunning & all individually decorated. There was a group of 6 of us in 3 rooms and all were spacious & beautifully decorated. The host Richard was a real character, incredibly knowledgeable of the local area, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble, he made our stay even more enjoyable. also compliments to his wife, who cooked an incredible breakfast. Also a very nice touch was home baked cakes and jams.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at Little Bank

I paid for 2 nights but could not access the property. Booking.com did not help me

Littlebank is about a mile awy from the road and can only be reached by a potholed track that crosses a farm land. The local farmer resticts access to his land using 2 gates which he blocks with farm vehicles.

I booked for 2 days but was unable to get into the property the first night as a farmer had blocked the track and on the second day because a herd of cows had broken through the fence and would not move from the track

The service was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable, and a lovely touch with handmade cupcakes in the rooms on arrival.

Lovely weekend in a gorgeous venue with warm friendly folks.

Absolutely everything is just perfect!

The road up to the property could possibly be a bit tricky in a smaller car.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved our stay - Trish and Richard were so welcoming and lovely. Very much went above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast even included fresh eggs from their own chickens! Walking into town meant passing by stunning green hills and sheep with quite a personality. The town itself was so quaint and exactly what we were hoping for. Never met so many lovely people too. Would 100% recommend staying.

A friendly, welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

I can't fault this hotel as the location is beautiful and very peaceful. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. My room and ensuite were attractively decorated, clean, warm, comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast was much more than I needed and the very tasty.

I can't think of anything at all.
