Fabulous

✓ i wanted views of Haundae beach and this room delivered! I had excellent views of the beach and ocean. I was near food and shopping with the beach right across the street. I really enjoyed the views and the room was modern and very spacious.

Central, clean, comfortable with amazing view

✓ Brilliant location decent facilities and right next to the bus stop that goes everywhere. Also with a lovely view of the Haeundae Beach - which is only a few steps away from the hotel. Only downside is the hotel is in a block that has a few small boutique hotels with one lift to different floors but it’s super central and easy to get everywhere.

✗ To be fair nothing that we did not like. It is not a fancy 5 star hotel so don’t expect amazing facilities - and the WiFi did not work great but it was a wonderful location and met our expectations when we visited.

Fabulous

✓ The location and sea view were perfect. We liked closeness to the Haeundae beach and cafés and restaurants with local food. The staff was really nice and friendly. Actually the place is good with regard to its value and quality ratio. I would definitely recommend it for staying.

✗ Some surfaces (like light swithches and emergency flashlight) were quite dusty. And the sink faucet was leaking and creating a little pond on the bathroom floor so it was impossible to enter the bathroom without wearing slippers. Not a big deal actually but it still has room for improvement. Without those mishaps the stay would be perfect!

✓ Absolutely love this place. Room had a great beach view. Was clean when I got there. Check-in was smooth and the reception could speak English. No laundry service, but you can do your own washing in the building. Bed was super comfy. Big spacious room and bathroom is nice. Location is fantastic. The bus from Busan Metro drop + pick up right in front of the Hotel.

✗ It is very hard to fault something at this place. If I have to nitpick something, it would be that after a shower the bathroom floor can get quite wet, as the shower window doesn't stop the water from going out.

✓ Great location right in front of Haeundae beach. The staff was really nice.

✗ Only one elevator for the whole building meant we had to take the stairs all the time. Had a strong smell coming from the bathroom, but as soon as I reported it, the management got on top of it immediately. The windows felt like they should be cleaned from the outside.
