✓ The room was clean, close to the shared bathroom and had an amazing view over the water from the small balcony. The hosts were also really kind and speak good English. The location was beautiful, in a lovely and cosy street. Kotor old centre is a bit further from here, but you get there quite fast with the bikes you can take for free. We actually really enjoyed that ride! Highlight was the private terrace across the street, with outdoor shower and where you could sunbathe and swim.

✓ The view, the location, the staff, how clean it is, and everything within walking distance. When I needed something, I got it right away. I definitely want to come back!
✗ The bed could use a mattress topper to make the room perfect. But not all the beds are the same, so it was just the one.

✓ Loved everything about this place. Staff was lovely and very helpful in all aspects. The free use of bicycles was a huge plus and the ride into Kotor along the water was stunning - a must. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Aleksander & his housekeeper whose name I can't spell, went above and beyond my expectation. Perfect
✓ The room was perfect for a solo traveler and enjoyed an exceptional view of the beautiful sunset nightly with a gorgeous glow over the mountains on the bay. Private beach front. Superior experience!
✗ Not much....okay, the bed could use a memory foam mattress on top and maybe some softer pillows for those of us with neck issues. It didn't deter from the experience in the least.

✗ the bathroom was shared with 3 other rooms and wasn’t cleaned while I was there for 3 days. kitchen was also dirty. beds were very small, not so comfy sleeping.

perfect place for Kotor
✓ I was in one of the appartment on the groundfloor facing the bay. All brand new with all facilities, terrace, you have free bikes at your disposal. Very handy.. Great place.. and the lady is amazingly nice and helpfull. I will definitely come back
