The staff was so nice and kind, everybody was helpful and smiling all the time. The whole structure was impeccable, the room so clean and very quiet, the bed very comfortable, bathroom perfectly clean with all the amenities. Breakfast was sooooo good! It's perfectly located and from there you can walk anywhere in the city. I would 100% recommend

My personal favourite hotel in all of Armenia. Great location, very cozy rooms, amazing breakfast.

I really enjoyed rooms that have balcony, but they are 'too cold' during the winter, so I couldn't stay there. Not a big problem.

The views from the room. We stayed in main building. The deluxe room is very spacious. Good for a family. Delicious breakfast.

The mattresses. Worn out. Far from most sights, but fine if you have a car.

Rooms were spacious and cozy with a nice view of the mountainside. The location was good located next to the walking path to the gorge and the waterfall. The breakfast was nice, including a wide selection of Armenian style foods that were fresh and tasty.

Very friendly staff, showed me the good spots to visit, location very close to the park, the mineral waters and the waterfall. Breakfast is rich. Room clean, bathroom splendid.

Only 1 staff has good English.
