The welcome and assistance from doormen John and Umar was so friendly on leaving and arriving. John claims to be 49? Really?? Lol Reception staff are so helpful and friendly, Khartika and Prakash and the others I don’t know their names. Dipin the manager was approachable when I requested a move as the awful damp stench in my room 204 was made worse that it had a balcony that was locked? 2 days later I got a better room with a window. Good size, clean and great air con. Breakfast was really good with a different choice of Indian food daily along with a good selection of fruits, salads, various eggs to order and bakery items. This was all made even more delightful from the support from the Manager of dining, Manjeet. He was most helpful and so organised, he will do well in his life. My room was attended to by Suman, very polite young man from Nepal. Good worker and good manners. We had the pool to ourselves most days and this was a bonus in the 40 plus degree heat, it was fabulous. The attention came from Rishi (Not UK Prime minister but better) He cleaned the pool daily and supplied us with information , towels and ice buckets to keep our water cold. I would like to point out that the above staff did NOT request I done a good review for them. Its so easy to spot fake reviews so this is genuinely earned. I have booked here for my next trip too.

Other guests could be inconsiderate late at night by chatting loudly in the corridors but that is nothing about the hotel.

The stay in this hotel has been really nice , in a very crowded area not far from the old Dubai . The staff was very friendly and nice with me always ready to help. Mostly I would like to thank Jvoty to be always super available with me . And the girls of the reception Seemand and Kartika :).

Actually the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was assigned a very spacious bedroom , spotless, very comfortable and clean, with all possible facilities. A plate of fresh fruits was awaiting me on the table The staff was very kind and helpful, specially Jyoti and Manjeet. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location near the Creek a just across to Gold Market.

Check in was seamless.Front desk was very courteous. They were helpful with all the info. Hotel lo action is close to Meena bazaar. Close to canal crossing if one has to go to old Gold souk. It is at walkable distance from Sharaf DG metro station. Very decent hotel and safe.

Kitchen closes early .we couldn't order anything thing post 1130 pm

Ideal location for exploring, was a returning guest, and it didn't disappoint. We had the pool pretty much entirely to ourselves every day Rishi ,a big thank you. The rest of the staff were so courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, again thanks to Suman in housekeeping, John and Umar , Bellboy extraordinaire, and the rest of the team at reception and dining room. We had breakfast every morning and loved the Indian food. Well done to Chef and the dining room team. Amazing Air Con in the rooms, clean and spacious.

There was nothing I didn't like. Already booked another visit ☺️
