Just a bed to crash on .. not to stay in

Disappointing

✓ The receptionist is just, let say okay but the room is quite unpleasant the switch are damaged and there's a bad smell that came out from the aircon, and the elevator is not in good condition...

✓ The property is good. Spacious and clean.

✗ The property is good in itself. The problem we encountered was that the rooms that we reserved from 3 months back were not available when we arrived because they released them to other guests. It was a frustrating experience because we were a big group, we traveled far and everyone needed rest. Of the 4 apartments reserved, only one was available.

We enjoyed the stay!

✓ I like how the staff welcome us, they are so accommodating and always willing to help. There were language barrier that they make sure they give good customer service. Room was clean.

✗ Lack of bath towels and the sound inside the room is heard outside Rooms should be sound proof. Also, if the staff can speak and understand English that would be better.
