Best reception staff ever!

✓ The staff (especially the front desk ladies) we always happy and helpful. It was always a lovely experience to get back to the hotel at the end of the day and have the front desk ladies ask all about our day and give suggestions on what to do for the next day! They always have the customers best interest at heart!

✓ This was one of best stay during my vietnam trip. The staff is super helpful and guides in all possible ways. Loved the hospitality. The rooms are clean, breakfast served was great with many vegan options as well. The location is walkable from old town and yet peaceful for stay. Highly recommended.

Good location, could use improvements

✓ Great location and close to everything.

✗ No hot water in the shower. Tour groups use the hotel and leave early, resulting in a lot of noise in the hallway - select a room away from the elevator.

✓ The room and the bathroom were good. The pool even if it is at the entry of the hotel was great, even more after a long day under the sun. The staff were so kind and helpful. If I'm go again to Hoi An I will choose again this hotel.

✗ The curtain in my room doesn't hide properly the sun.

✓ the staff are amazing!! incredibly helpful, friendly and insightful to all things Hoi An. The property is very close to the old town but not too close that you feel surrounded by the noise and tourist it attracts. Pool area was also very nice.

Exceptional guest care

✓ Amazing staff who learnt our names and greeted us everyday - felt genuinely welcoming. One day we used the pool and as soon as we approached the bubbles were turned on and towels were brought out - really anticipating what we needed. Lovely facilities, really enjoyed our room and would stay again!
