✓ The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is sumptuous. The rooms spacious (we stayed in the apartments). The staff is friendly. Location is fantastic - very close to central Alba. The hotel has parking which was a huge plus for us.

✗ Some things that prevent me from giving a rave review. All of them are minor. When we got there the elevator wasn't working. The hotel staff helped with the bags but we did have to go up and down 5 floors using stairs the first day. Second minor annoyance - the heating wasn't working one day and they were to look into it. When we got back to our room the remotes for the air conditioners were gone and there was no explanation. Apparently, this time of the year they switch to central heating and it is controlled by panels on the wall. Would have been nice if someone had explained especially since we had flagged this as an issue. Lastly, and this happened twice, there were packages at the front desk for us that we were going to take upstairs. The front desk said they will leave it in our room. This wasn't done.

this is definitely a coming back hotel

I have been travelling for 2 months, this is one of the best stay I have. it might not one of those outstanding on the style, but it got everything needed. bed is very comfortable, and quite for the night. room is very clean as well. staffs are super nice too, thank you so much.

A good and convenient spot that could do slightly better on the in-room amenities

✓ With a swift and efficient check in, the Residences (not the Hotel) are a good spot for travellers as well as longer term tenants. Located in a building just next door, those staying in the residences can nonetheless take advantage of the hotel's facilities, including ample parking and a good breakfast. From the residences location, it's a very short walk to the old town and a quick drive to wine country.

✗ Amenities in the room could have been better. For example, only instant decaf coffee was provided, and while there were plenty of Champagne flutes, no proper water glasses.

Great location, large apartment, undercover parking, friendly staff and big breakfast

✓ We stayed in the Residence, so had a whole two-bedroomed apartment with balcony, kitchen and lounge area. Our rooms had aircon, which was fantastic when it was 33C outside. I usually struggle with any outside noise, which was not an issue as the area was very quiet, while only a short walk into the main areas for shopping and food. We had undercover, secure parking for our car and a lock up garage for our bicycles. Breakfast was a lovely spread every day. Stefano on Reception was so helpful and friendly, helping us with tips for restaurants, ice creams, and wine tasting bookings. I will definitely book and stay here again.
