very quiet , fresh air,lovely team,we had zip line activity and was fun.

we face issue on the way to the hotel were the taxi drive dont know the status of the road, 5 KM prior to the location was tough for normal car, we felt sorry for the taxi driver.the car was not able to complete toreach the hotel,the team of the hotel was very fact by solving the problem by sending small van with free charges. it was late in the night and raining ,the road should be fixed. big thanks to the reception team for solving the problem and warm welcom.

The view, location, tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, welcoming and polite receptionists .

The restaurant staff must be trained. (They are boring) I didn’t like that even the workers couldn’t light the fireplace for a long time, because the smoke was heavy in the room, and we had to stop it. Apparently the pipes were clogged.

Good location right on the mountain,you can enjoy nature and a delicious breakfast. Near there is a zip line and active recreation. The cottages are quite comfortable and spacious.The staff is very friendly, special thanks to the receptionist Hakop, for his professionalism and friendliness.

The location amazing so relaxing. The available activities were great and joyful. Breakfast was so delicious.But the most important thing the staff were super nice and super helpful.

To have more vegetarian food options at the lunch and dinner menu.

Excellent resort with friendly staff. Our friends stayed were the only guests at the resort, the staff kept the restaurant and bar open for them as long as they wanted. They even gave the area to play their own music. The food was really good too at the resort! The place is right next door to Yell park. The resort is expanding and there is a construction. Hopefully they will have an outdoor pool with a breathtaking view to the mountains.

Beautiful mountain resort in the middle of spectacular scenery! Communication with the resort via Facebook is super easy and fast. Very helpful and friendly staff, who also help organise activities (horseriding, ziplining, offroading...). The restaurant serves delicious Armenian food and there is a nice bar to hang out in the evening. The rooms are nice, equipped with everything one needs (comfy bed, well stocked fridge with drinks and snacks, balcony, sitting area...) and spotlessly clean.

Despite the location in the mountains, it got a bit hot in the night - would have been nice to have a light summer blanket (instead of only a heavy, warm one). Like almost everywhere in Armenia, there are no blackout curtains...

The nature and the views were amazing. I loved the food and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the little swamp/pond overflowed with frogs that were too noisy even at nights and we had to shut all the windows to be able to sleep.
