✓ Everything is excellent

Great place to stay.

✓ Location was great, right in town, beach across from the hotel. The room was an entire apartment, well decorated and very clean, and air conditioned, nice view. Larger than some 5 star places we have stayed elsewhere in Europe. The food at the restaurant is very good, breakfast buffet is good quality and plentiful, restaurant food (dinner) is very good. Restaurant could be much better if they decorated better. But the sea-food is very good. Better than most of the rest of the town. The best however, was the staff. Extremely polite, accommodating and good humored, they allowed us to stay a bit longer after checkout to get suited up to attend a wedding. Value for money, a great place to stay!

Comfortable and clean with great staff

✓ The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The entire staff - from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff - is adorable and super helpful at all times. Special thanks to Maja and the other receptionists who always had a warm smile for us and were always there when we needed anything. The hotel restaurant has great food and the breakfast has pretty impressive variety too.

✗ This is not the hotel’s fault by any means, but there is a beach bar right underneath that blasts out loud music until late at night, which can be quite disturbing when you’re a light sleeper.

Superb location

✓ In my experience, the staff were very professional during my one-night stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast. In addition, the hotel's location is superb since it is only a few steps away from the beach.

Never Again.

✗ Loud music coming from the beach below that goes on until 1AM and then (when you finally fall asleep at 2AM) starts again at 8AM. Complaint after feeling like I have been tortured by loud music and sleep deprivation in the morning only to be told that there is no refund possible. Promised for the 3rd night to be moved to another apartment that is on the other side of the hotel. Where the music was less loud but still could not sleep until it stopped at 1AM. Had prepaid a week's stay but left on the 4th day loosing the 4 more nights money - only to find I have been blocked by 2 cars in the garage. There is no easy way of parking at the hotel in August. There is very unsafe strip of dirt next to the main road that has cars going 50 kph at all times during the day where there is never any space. On arrival i stopped blocking someone until I spoke to reception then they pulled on of the staffs car that i put my car instead and they blocked me until they left work in the afternoon. Next morninig I was partly blocked by another car that was fully blocking the car next to me. Had to get my wife to try to stop traffic so I can get it out of the partly blocked spot - which is impossible as drivers in Montenegro and neighbouring countries do not stop. Then got parking in the garage to access the garage you have to drive down a road of 1km that is fully packed with people at all of the times I ever try to drive on it. Restaurant also plays loud music and the food is hit and miss. Risotto was terrible, Pizza was OK (but you get better Pizza from the stand next to it for 1.50 euro for a massive slice), Soup was like made from a packet. Also the beach in front of the hotel is very narrow and has sun loungers next to one another and every bar blasts loud music all day. It is impossible to get away from blasting loud music between 8AM and 1AM in the whole of Sutomore.
