Excellent homestay!!

A very nice place to stay in the heart of Stepanavan, just a few metres from the main square. I was welcomed by Ruzanna with tea and cake on arrival. I was a hot and tired bicycle traveller. She made me an excellent dinner and breakfast too. Great home cooking! This is like a family homestay, there is just one room on the outside of the house and this is where you stay. Shower and toilet are separate. Very relaxing and I highly recommend.

A pig lives right next to the toilet. Not an issue for me but sometimes it smells a bit. The room has many windows so might not seem private but it isn't a problem because it's a private home. None of these things were a problem and I recommend this place *****

Very central and close to transport and restaurants. Able to hire a driver with 4 wheel drive to get me to a site that my previous driver couldn't reach with his Mercedes.

Toilet and shower in yard.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's like staying with family. The hosts are very friendly and cook a very good dinner for a small additional price.

Just like staying with family, at least for me. Friendly host, comfortable bed and a lovely home cooked meal (for a small additional price) with Ruzanna and her husband Sos. I even returned.

For me all was just fine. If somebody looks for the sterile environment of a hotel. This is not your place.

It's a quiet and comfy place in rural-like style. Our room wasn't big, but we were staying just for one night, so it wasn't a big deal for us. The hosts are two nice and hospitable women.

Ruzanna and her husband Sos were very sweet and helpful. They provided us with coffee and treats throughout the day. They also provided us with information about the place. Room was lovely and cozy.
