✓ The pace was big enough for all of us. Very convenient location. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was easy to do thanks to a fully stocked kitchen.
✗ Hottub wouldn’t get hot, we messaged the host but they didn’t get back to us until the date of our check out to say their maintenance staff hadnt gotten back to them. It was out of their control (so I don’t totally fault the host). And the wifi wasn’t great. We all ended up just using our data because nothing would load.
✓ Lots of space and lots of beds. The pool table and hot tub were nice additions as well.
✗ The hot tub was out of commission for two out of our three days we were there. The host was prompt with getting the maintenance team to fix the hot tub; however, the hot tub should have been checked and ready for when we arrived on the first day.

✗ Nothing that we could say we didn’t like. Points that could be worked on but that might not even make a difference for others. Wifi not working and router is in #35 Cleaning products should be available (windex or other), to clean kitchen and bathroom after use.

Hello, Our chalets are located 1.2 km from Mont-Sainte-Anne. We do not offer a shuttle to the mountain. Our chalets have 4 bedrooms and are fully equipped. Pictures are a bit old since we've painted our units recently. Regards, Bernard Després Owner
