Comfortable and modern room with the amazing view. Excellent staff. The hotel is located near the lift to the mountain. The most delicious breakfast I ever had in the hotels. We had a great time here.

parking places quite tight , which isn’t the fault of the hotel, but they should probably check on their guests to make sure no one parks like an idiot. in my case someone did and made it impossible to park normally.

Lovely location. Good breakfast. Great sauna and whirlpool — very relaxing after a day of trekking.

Vegetables could be better. Most of the ones we ate for breakfast had no taste. The big problem is the water temperature during the shower. The water suddenly became very hot and scalding, and in a moment, it was cold.

The spa exceeded our expectations, especially due to large space and number of saunas and whirlpools available. Also the fact that we were near alone in the spa, but that might have been due to the time at 8pm many guests are likely already at dinner. The breakfast sortiment and especially the staff asking about additional foods that we might like was super nice and unexpected.

When travelling just for one night you are likely to get the smallest room on the floor which I located behind the lift. It was not disturbing at all but, larger room would be appreciated.

The hotel facilities such as Rooms and Spa are great. The breakfast did not meet my expectation. Very limited options and the coffee is not included

It was overall a good experience in a beautiful city. Rooms were very well equipped with microwave, dishwasher etc. The was a lot of convenient elements about the hotel and equipement. Spa was really nice hovewer you need to pay extra

The rooms were quite fresh but not too cozy, light was extremely cold and the design was rather poor. In the room you would get no coffe or tee. Spa is not unlimited free which for this prize is a scandal Check out at 10AM very unpleasant for this prize and standard should never be the case. You get check in at 3PM and check out is 10AM which is ridiculous

Wellness facilities are available free of charge at certain times from 12 pm until 5 pm. Check out at 10 am is set up so that we can clean the spacious apartments. Can we use the Sauna for more than 90min a day? And can you provide more information on what type of sauna’s you have? Thanks

If you would like to use sauna more than 90 mins, you have to pay for that. Free use is from 12 to 5pm. We have Wooden Bio Sauna, Finnish Sauna,Hammam – Steam Bath and Infrared Sauna.

Hi, spa and pool included in the price?

Good afternoon, price includes entrance to the wellness for 90 minutes from 12:00 to 17:00 . From 5:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m., an additional charge of 150 CZK for adults,100 CZK for children from 6 to 12 years old. Reception PECR WELL.
