Room size and facilities. Breakfast was good and staff attentive.

I could not turn off Air conditioning, but asked for help and they did maintenance. Door of bath cabin was stacked.

The room was MASSIVE, much larger than what I had expected. They also have a nice restaurant onsite, that was willing to deliver food to my room since I almost went to eat during their closing hours. The hotel also provided onsite parking, which was great. They even had a sauna and spa which I was unfortunately, unable to use because I had very little time.

Slightly further away from the city center than I would've liked but everything else was good.

This hotel is great and only a short 10-minute walk from the Republic Square, so you can easily reach North Avenue and other central spots. Inside, the hotel combines a classic design with a modern building, giving it a charming feel. My economy room was spacious and bright, featuring a comfy king-size bed, a cozy corner sofa, a handy coffee table, and a practical desk. The bathroom was very clean and had a bathtub. They even provided two complimentary water bottles every day. The WiFi worked well, allowing me to do video calls without any problems.

Although having a pool was a nice feature, it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't heated.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. I loved my huge room, sauna and swimming pool (which is great for a cold dip after the sauna). The reception and cleaning staff (especially) were warm and friendly, which made this a highlight. The hotel was also easy to find and convenient for ordering taxis. I would not hesitate to book again!

Tatev at the front desk was VERY polite and was very accommodating in my native language, which was a very pleasant surprise. She was available for questions and any help I may have needed and allowed me to pay for an additional guest the next morning when I found out my friend would be staying with me!

Hello! We are located just 900 meters away from main republic Square, its 5-7 minutes walk. Mashtots Avenue is the main Avenue of Yerevan and City center and Metropol Hotel is located just right at it's beginning.
