Thank you for your review, unfortunately you have chosen the smallest and cheapest (student) apartment from our entire building. The apartment is for 2 people with a 100-liter hot water boiler, which is reheated twice a day. Everything works as it should. When you ordered the apartment, it was possible to choose a standard and more equipped apartment. On New Year's Eve, when you were with us, it was +17 degrees outside, +23 degrees in the apartment where you lived, and you told me that you were freezing. Even during the energy crisis, an additional source of heat (electric heating) was brought to you, which is not part of the price and consumption per apartment. I tried to please you in everything and I did everything on 31.12. during your stay (you sent me about 20 messages on 12/31). I also offered you to end your stay, but you refused......
