Located just a few minutes from the centre of Gyumri, with restaurants and aights of interest some 5 minutes away, the property is super quiet and nicely tucked away from any traffic. 25-minute walk to the train station, but there's buses and obviously taxis available too. It's such a beautiful and cosy studio. Wish I could have spent more time in Gyumri simply for this. Super spacious, with a little kitchenette, a bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a little gallery (as shown in the pictures). Armine and her son were very friendly and kind - thank you so much for letting me check in earlier and for the coffee and snack provided 🤍

Probably the best place to stay for a night in Gyumri! Nice interior design and comfy place with all the amenities, a warm and welcoming host and just around the corner of the center.

Armine is a wonderful and kind host, who made sure I was comfortable and the studio was ready despite making the booking in the last minute. The studio itself is beautiful, clean and good location. Armine’s hospitality however is what made the stay the most pleasant I have had in Armenia.

It's a very nice studio in downtown Gyumri and we were warmly welcomed by Armine. I was very glad to see that she is currently expanding her business. One can find all the basic facilities for a nice stay in Gyumri and for a very affordable price.

A very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The place was very conveniently situated close to the centre and all the main areas of Gyumri. Very tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of thought. It was like home to me. Armine and Alex were the perfect hosts. They ensured that I was comfortable and gave me good tips on things to do in Gyumri. Alex is an cyclopaedia on Gyumri and its history. Speaking to him was very interesting.

Everything was excellent. There was nothing that I felt the need for. The hosts were super, the place was well furnished, and all was great.

Well, one of the best stays I've ever had. A great hostess and the interior. No words to describe it. You feel yourself home. It is so cute and beautiful and adorable. Wi-fi is one of the best wi-fi in hotels that I've seen. Very close to the city center. Totally recommend this place.

The host is very sweet and spoke really well. The entire place is very beautiful set and is really tidy. The place gives such a homely vibe. Preferably a good spot for international travellers. Being a vegetarian it was a little difficult to find an appropriate place to eat. But she took care of it really well.

The comfortable bed and designing.

The fruits kept in the tray were rotten. They should have been removed. Most of the spoons n Even the kettle was not clean. I had to insist for a washing machine use as it was already mentioned but they first wanted extra for it but later armine sweetly arranged it. The location is not shown right on maps and there are no clear dorections. My cab left me in a different lane at night post dinner and fortunately the neighborhood people knew so someone dropped me. The heating isn't working and it gets cold. But extra blankets were there.

Dear Charu, before blaming the services provided by Armine's BnB, please consider the below mentioned points. First of all, the cleanness of our facilities are proven to be ideal, the proof of which can be seen in the forms of all the reviews received on booking.com Secondly, regarding the cleanness of the spoons and the kettles, attached are pictures showing the condition of the spoons, kattle and other utilities. In addition to this, Charu indeed had a problem with the kettle, which was only due to the fact that she didn't know how to use it, and I had to show her. Regarding the laundry services, it is mentioned in the Booking.com under my listing that laundry is available for extra charge. Considering this, out of our good will we organized your laundry for free, and even after that you havent apprechiated the service provided. The location of Armine BnB is mentioned in Google maps, and visually can be seen (please see the screenshot). We are not responsible for the fact that you are not able to use google maps. Furthermore, the actions of the taxi driver is not our concern, neither it is that you werent able to provide the proper address of our facility. Regarding the fruits, it is not possible them to be rotten since it was served to you as a treat, from our fruit trees (fresher fruits is not possible to get). Also please kindely note that I am not required to provide any kind of treats, fruits, drinks etc. Everything served to you was out of our hospitality, to make you stay more comfortable and welcome. Lastly, regarding the heater please note that the booking is during the summer season where during the day is hot. Even though the weather outside by no means is cold I have turned the heater on for Charu. Im truly disappointed by the response and lack of appreciation of Charu. Not mentioning the fact that Charu left the apartment extreamly dirty, and let the heater on.
