Everything. The place is just amazing. It's a bigger complex with a lot of different activities - gallery, potter, bread making, restaurant. AC in the room. Comfortable beds. Enough room. Quiet place. Clean. Great breakfast and very nice staff. Just the restaurant is closed on mondays (well deserved brake I think).

The only minus - no shower curtains in the bathroom.

A beautiful estate, in a perfect location at the city center. This wonderful place is much more than a place to stay. This is a museum of folk and traditional art. It is a great experience. It is really worth to visit.

This is an amazing pocket of Armenian culture in one place! The staff are amazing, know English, the food was delicious and the breakfasts were plenty filling and included many tradition Armenian dishes. Beautiful gardens, and a large territory you can explore. Very positive vibes from this place, hospitable, helpful, not to mention the prices are amazingly low for such a great establishment.

*Quiet & feels safe like home *Armenian ancient and old exhibit installations all around *Outstanding hospitality. Friendly staff *Rooms look nicer and smell real wood

2 degrees hotter outdoors than in Yerevan. Need to be back in September to enjoy the garden 🥰

What a find. Eclectic, great staff, big (too big) breakfast included. Nice room, artsy environment. Didn't expect all that. Also didn't expect a bunch of pianos all around. Because, unfortunately, there were no other guests when we were there due to Covid, my concert pianist friend had a field day until 1am. Pretty neat.

Tough to find. Property is part of a larger complex which is easy to find and good street signage. However once inside the complex, there is a confusing map (if you find it) and then you're on your own. We showed up exhausted at night, and it took a long time walking in circles to find the actual lodging property. A few signs would help a lot.

Lavash lesson was good,that’s the thing that saved the day.

Restaurant was closed on 25th september and there was completely nothing to do. The guy who took care of that place was unfriendly and couldn’t help with anything.
