Amazing hotel
✓ One of the best hotels I've ever been. Cozy, clean, quiet, designed, two bathrooms, amazing view. We were very upset that we couldn't stay there longer.
✗ Wi-Fi disapearing and slow. There are washing machine but no washing powder. Kitchen facilities could be more like tea, sugar etc. One of the bathroom doors was completely transparrent. Why my spouse should see what I do in the toilet?

✓ a comfortable studio apartment with pleasant views, the sound of running water and cool breezes. Easy to find with adequate parking, friendly staff.

Exceptional
✓ Very nice location for hiking. We were at a room for 2 people and it was cozy and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and charming people. Plus, you can go to the spa on the bottom floor for free and its great!
✗ The mattres I slept on had a dent which was a little uncomfortable, I guess it was used a lot.

Beautiful and friendly hotel
✓ The location is beautiful and quite as you're at the top of the hill. There are great bus links going into town. The hotel is relaxed and you feel very welcome. Beds were comfortable and shower hot. A good selection for breakfast.
✗ The noisy occupants above us who disturbed our sleep before a huge race we were taking part in, fortunately, the next night they were quite, especially for them!!

✓ Staff supa friendly At arrival, our key did not work but a kind person came in less than 5 minutes Staff were very very kind and helpful (we have been late for breakfast but they made it to us anyway) There is a full spa area, fitness room and also chilling area (with movie projector and playstation, and also a pool) I would come back for sure.
