Very disappointing!

✓ It felt safe and secure.

✗ I was disappointed to find most of what I read about this facility before booking was not actually current. It was not all-inclusive as stated in the question section on Booking and there were few options nearby. The yoga classes in the listing were not happening--in fact, no activities were happening. The gym was closed. The nice beach, Playa Blanca, was not open to guests from this hotel as suggested in the listing. The beach that was available had no services and wasn't very nice. The whole facility was empty and had an aura of abandonment. I canceled my stay and went elsewhere.
