✓ The property was easily accessible and staff was friendly
✗ It didn’t advertise that there were outward facing rooms which is what I received when all the property photos show indoor facilities and indoor facing rooms. Half the property was under construction as well. My room only had the bed made up and it looked as if nobody even cleaned the rest. There was a very disgusting brown stain on the chair, crickets and other bugs in my room, the paint was coming off the walls by the sink, and there was sticky circles on the night stands. It was a very gross experience and I hope to never have to stay here again.

✓ The staff was amazing and friendly. Helped me out whenever I needed it. Food prepared for breakfast was really good.

It was a quick 2 night stay and just needed a place to sleep. Didn't use any additional amenities.
✓ Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean, cool, and it was a quick comfortable for the most part.
✗ Had to go to the next building for ice. The entry door wasn't sealed real well although it was shut and locked. I think insects could get in because I got a couple mosquito bites during the night.

Condition of hotel is poor to have name Quality Inn
✓ Very outdated hotel. Several rain leaks in ceiling around pool area, overhead a customer say rain leaks in his room. AC needs upgrade very noisy. Room furniture/lamps very old and rusted. Rest toilet water keeps running. Poor maintenance. Although some updates, this hotel surly is outdated Dose not meet the quality/standard I've had at other Quality Inn Hotel.

✓ The staff and breakfast are wonderful. The pool is nice.
✗ My room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. I told the front desk when I was checking out. They said the smoking was right outside my room, and it was coming in through the vents. Besides that, everything was good. My daughters room smelled the same but not as bad.
