Just what I needed during a busy work week at a client site.
✓ Just about a perfect place. My first reaction was "oh wow! when I opened the door. Bed was amazing.

A little luxury in one of the most historic and pleasant quarters in Birmingham.
✓ A lovely apartment in a perfect location in the Jewellery Quarter for walking to the city or along the canals. Lindsay and the staff were excellent, very responsive to any request.

✓ really convenient for the city centre but in a peaceful area outside of the hustle and bustle. spacious for a city centre apartment and very comfortable, clean and well presented
✗ nothing really, small issue with fire not working and heating did come on but boiler was making a loud droning sound intermittently- reported to Lindsay and didn’t spoil our stay

Perfect stay in Birmingham, with friends.
✓ Clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. Lovely shower and the property was warm.
✗ The only complaint was noise coming from people trying to get in the main entrance for other suites. They were all shouldering the door in and it rattles the front wall. maybe the owners could look at a different type of door that isn’t so difficult for people to open.
