β Swimming pools, lobby bar, very polite (amiable staff), location.
β The SPA ( they have a dog there, a real dog and I want to know why?). I really wanted to get a nice massage but the guy at the reception was too busy playing Chinese chess, he totally ignored my questions even though I was trying to speak Chinese. So weird, not a good attitude towards hotel guests.

β The breakfast buffet was amazing with many different variety of foods.
β The only reason I may not visit again was the beach and beach access. It was far from the hotel and the beach was totally bear, not even one spot of shade, no umbrellas and nothing. My guess is that this beach doesnt belong to any hotel, so it should not be advertised as a private beach. It was so so dissapointing but the hotel and everything about it was wonderful. The service was superb and the food was great.

It is recommended that you take a taxi to Holiday Beach, which takes about 10-15 minutes.
