Loved the location of this resort! I traveled solo to Aruba and enjoyed that I had all the amenities I need right on the property or a close walk by! The staff was also very friendly and happy to help. The pools are beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away!

The only downside was that the property was doing construction during my stay. It was very noisy and disturbed the peaceful atmosphere of the beach. I would have like to have known this before booking my stay.

Understand if you book this resort it is a time share, there are a lot of seniors there, in fact they play bingo everyday at 1pm. That's not so much the problem, my issue was I was told that I would be charged a $250 deposit and I was charged a $295 deposit. I also discovered I was charged a different rate for the room after viewing my bank statement. Both charges were in excess of what I was informed that I would be charged by the staff. The overall staff was polite and the facility was fairly clean; however, there was absolutely no where on the island to find food after 11pm, ridiculous. So much so, there was not even one vending machine that anyone even knew of on the island that even had snacks, smh. However, Aruba is a must visit place but be sure to check the prices of what they tell you they will charge you versus what your credit card or bank ledger actually says. At the end of the day, I would say it is better to spend straight cash there.

At this time, the Aruban Government still has their COVID guidelines in place, one of them is that all establishments need to close by 11 pm and there was pretty much nothing we can do about this. We were informed by the Front Desk that the concern in regards to the extra charge was brought forward; we will suggest again to provide us with a copy of the back statement if indeed there was an additional charge from Playa Linda and we surely will look into this. Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?

All beaches in Aruba are public. Most of them are very accessible with public transportation. We have two bus stops next to the Playa Linda Beach Resort.

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

Just around the end of August and during the month of September. It will be then less crowded and you'll see the best sunsets
