Beautiful view!!!

✓ Location and rooms. Our accommodation was arguably the best at the hotel. We booked the pool suite that was spacious and ideal for 4 people although it can accommodate 6. And an additional room with a great sun balcony providing an amazing view! The hotel staff were very helpful.

✗ We struggled to get fresh pool towels and a slight irritation was the cleaners phone constantly ringing whilst she was cleaning the rooms. More bins around the hotel are definitely needed. As with most of the small hotels overlooking the Caldera some rooms didn’t have the benefit of a lot of privacy on the balcony areas.

✓ The staff is amazing & made me feel at home. The view is amazing and the rooms are very comfortable.

✗ The door between my room and the bedroom was only 1.70 high as original old cave. Being 1,80 it was just out of my line of sight and I knocked my head so hard a couple of time not only had a big bump, headache, but also scars to take home with me. I suggested them to put some foam over the cross beam, just in case, as as much as I tried it could not always think of it and it was right in my dead angle view.

Lovely location, not far from the main bars and restaurants! Would definitely recommend it!

✓ A beautiful little hotel on top of the world.. the views are just amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

✗ The weather let us down the 1st 2 days which is no fault of the hotel, however the hotels are not made for poor weather conditions. On a cold day/night if u want to have a cozy drink at the hotel bar .. it’s a bar its an open place (so it’s cold) the only alternative is the bedroom!

It was an awful experience that was frightening and traumatic.

✗ I had the worst experience. The room had no windows and was a cut into the rocks. It off gased from the cement and I couldn’t breathe. The staff did not help when I complained. They told me to sleep with the door open. I am a woman traveling alone so that was a bad option. I left the hotel the next morning and they charged me for three nights, refused to refund. Also booking.com did nothing to help me get a refund. An expensive trip to Santorini became a traumatic experience with no one willing to help.

This hotel is hard to beat for location of the view of the Caldera

✓ The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is unbeatable.

✗ There was a constant smell of sewage in the room.
