✗ The staff don’t know English at all. Have to translate each and every word. Had asked for electric kettle and Iron and straight away they told no for these basic stuff. The rooms were smelling with cigarette smoke the odor was not removed by the cleaning staff.

Excellent hotel if you do not need extra calcium.
✓ Great breakfast. The waitress seemed always ungry as a good soviet lady, but at the end she smiles at me.
✗ The milk at the breadfast was such a precious good. Probably they can invest more on buying milk for people that need to develop their bones. Calcium is important

Comfortable, good value, with excellent, helpful staff.
✓ The staff were unfailingly helpful and arranged my journey to Baku when leaving. The breakfast was tasty and filling too. The rooms were spacious and the shower excellent.
✗ The TV could have had some non-Turkish channels.
