At this point in time you are able to smoke on the balcony, however we do ask for people to be courteous to others and ensure the slider in closed when doing so to avoid smoke wafting into the apartments.

Hi There, we do have some apartments that are side by side, but not connecting. You would have to enquire before booking if you were wanting to book apartments side by side though as we don't often have then due to our high occupancy.

Hi There, thank you for your enquiry. There is a height restriction of 2m to enter the carparking area. Maroubra street also provides plenty of 24/7 free street parking.

Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry our apartments are from level 1 as our garage/car parking area is on the ground floor and therefore all apartments are accessible by stairs only. Kind Regards Jo

We only have the one 3 bedroom apartment and it is located on the 3rd floor with balcony and ocean view. It is a compact 3 bedroom apartment as per the photos provided, providing a open plan living, full kitchen and laundry, 2 bthrms and 3 bdrms.
