✗ they charge you to use the spa 25 euros a day. most days if skiing i would only want to use it for an hour or so when i come off the slopes so isn’t worth it.

Disappointing stay at a potentially great hotel.
✓ The three positives are the view of the Chaberton mountain, the evening entertainment and the comfort of the beds.
✗ Such a shame that there are so many issues with the way this hotel is run. The breakfast organisation is absolutely woeful. There is a great spa and gym but it’s empty because you have to pay €25 per person per day to use it. (Classic case of not understanding that charging less would increase usage and bring more revenue). The maintenance of the rooms is not good enough for a 4* hotel, and it would be good if the Superior room included a chest of drawers for storage of clothes. In summary I think the owners of the hotel need to pay more attention to what’s going on.

Super chilled luxury feel- great location.
✓ Location, bar area lovely, relaxed, new manager is fabulous / so attentive, staff can’t do enough for you. Fabulous mountain views. Gorgeous chilled black dog helps welcome you. Breakfast was great with choice of cooked options & fresh fruit. Also the bar snacks/sandwiches etc were great and a huge selection of wine.
✗ It is on the expensive side for what it is. Bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade but I’m being picky here. We have stayed here twice now and would probably return.

Dear Mr/Mrs, SPA access has an extra cost. Cost airport shuttle depends on the distance. Yes, we offer a shuttle to the lifts.

Hello You can certainly find gluten free dishes on our menù. For Ski hire we can reccomend Faure Sport shop in Assietta square at Sauze d'Olux. Which is about 250 meters away from Chaberton Lodge & SPA.

Our SPA here at Chaberton Lodge & SPA is 100% functional. Its accessable also by non-Hotel guests in Day Use, 50 € per person And by Hotel guests, 25 € per person, unless you booked direclty form our website and have a SPA entrance included
