Amazing stay in Viña
✓ The staff was amazing and helped me with several issues I had (Chilenean plug). I had a great time and the location is perfect and in a safe area. The rooms are clean and have all facilities needed.

✓ The hotel boutique has a familiar charme
✗ The rooms looks nice and are friendly and with much detail equipped, but the maintenance of the furniture and the bathroom is a little bit low. If one consider this for backpacker than its nice. ( for instance,loose buttons at the sideboard etc., no cupboard for clothes, no hangers...)

charming place with thoughtful hosts/staff
✓ the breakfast was generous and they very kindly dealt with making sure I had gluten-free food. The building was lovely, the neighbourhood very interesting, and it was very close to the centre and to the metro.
✗ it would have been useful to have a few more hooks or bars to put towels on and hooks to hang coats on the wall, along with something to hold soap bar by the bathroom sink and something to hold soap and shampoo in the shower. These are very small things, but could make for a more comfortable experience.

Great stay in the mountain with amazing view of the city.
✓ The view was amazing. The room was big and spacious and the staff was friendly. And we were served breakfast in bed, a great bonus. Wifi was ok. The bed had a mosquito net which is great not to get bitten at night.
✗ The place was hard to find because the address shows the bottom of the hill, on a one way street. You have to take a small road that winds up to the mountain.
