✗ The service is horrible. This place definitely purchased their 5 star review. Far from 5 stars maybe 2 or 3 stars. The pool is covered in hair and urine to the point where you see the filth on top of the water. We showered with freezing cold water every day. Their response was “there is nothing we can do” Internet service is next to unavailable. The carpets and beds were filthy. No room service unless you demand it. Curtains falling off windows. Do not get the breakfast option unless you like cold eggs and sausage. Nearly all facilities closed including casino and bars.

✓ The hotel is beautifull. Very spacious

✗ Spa was not working, electronics at the gym was not working, casino was not working, room service never anawer the phone, the hotel was empty, the staff checked my personal belongings upon checkout because one of the robes was missing from my room that they forgot to put there in the first place.
