Very nice: I would go back

✓ Overall, the hotel was great. The rooms were nice, mattresses were comfortable, and the pool area was great. The staff at the front desk and the bell staff were great. Always friendly and willing to help. Those who did not speak English were skilled at using a translator app to help us. The beach across the street is amazing and you have plenty of options for food in the area.

✗ The beds only had one sheet to cover you (no comforter, duvet, etc..). I was fine, but one of my friends was looking for something more to cover up with. The food was good (not great, but certainly acceptable). The wait staff in the restaurant, the bar, and pool bar was fairly poor. We had multiple waits trying to get drinks. After being served, in one week, we only ever had one person come back to check on us. The floor I was one was being re-wallpapered/painted. While it wasn't really a bother, it was just sort of depressing to get off the elevator and see walls stripped down to nothing.

✓ The staff here is the absolute best! They truly make the stay so much better & are always so attentive, helpful, and kind. The location is also perfect. I've stayed here 3 times and will continue to come back!

Not the quality it has been for many years

✓ I am guest in this hotel for more than 15 years but this time for sure it has been the last time. Nevertheless, what is still unique to this hotel is the open appearence with the breakfast room not air-conditionoed outside, the reception outside, the pool area desing.

✗ The hotel is degrading from year to year. - the magentic key card almost every day has to be renewed as it does not open the door - water drain is blocked in the bathroom - one needs to pay for all the stay at the first day. There machine did not accept the digital credit card. It was my task to solve the problem else "you must leave the hotel tomorrow morning" (after having been 15 years a guest)

✗ We had 2 rooms booked and they only gave us 1 then charged us a no show fee for the 2nd. we asked repeatedly for the 2nd room but they wouldn't give it to us. I have not seen a refund yet. We're very unhappy.
