The room I stayed in was very private and spacious. There are supermarkets in the area and the city centre is easy to find and not too far away. The atmosphere is friendly and the garden was beautiful.

Whenever I saw the host in the courtyard she asked if I needed anything and that felt good. I felt like she really wanted me to enjoy my stay. WiFi was very good. The courtyard was kept up well --all the flowers in bloom, the trees were trimmed, the grass was cut. It sounds like a small thing, but it makes an impression.

It's a bit of a walk to the historic part of town.

Stable and fast wi-fi, as I notified before arriving I was going to work with my laptop so I was provided with the desk (I guess there is one in each room). Lovely garden and a nice dinner zone. High ceilings. Brilliantly clean.

The hosts are super nice, the location is easy to find. The place was warm (we stayed in winter) very clean. Good value for money. Will definitely come back in summertime

The toilet flush needs fixing as well as the sink in the bathroom.

A lovely comfy spacious room. Clean and warm too on cold autumn nights. In a quiet location. Friendly hosts. Great value for money.

Located well away from the city centre, it didn't bother me but it's something that you should be aware of. Maybe it was just because I had the room furthest away from the main house but the wi-fi wasn't great

Nice and affordable Guesthouse

Martin is a friendly host, Artush & Raisa are not there anymore, they live in LA now. The guesthouse has a nice garden where you can chill out. Its a very quiet place, not really in the center but you can reach it within minutes by taxi (very affordable). The wifi connection was very good!

Bed and pillow were not very comfy, both needs to be renewed. Otherwise everything was great!

I enjoyed the quite place. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Center is just 400 Dram (80c) by Taxi away. Closer than the center is Tashi Pizza on the shopping street Sayat Nova with Café, theater and so on.

Oasis in Gyumri

It is quite and comfortable. Nature like fruit trees infront the door. In the city but quite, nice cooler summer with wind. Yerewan with 42 degrees was to hot for me, I'm Austrian and now in an Oasis by Martin in his guest house. All great and nice guests here as well from Switzerland, French and Russia I met people.

I liked all.
