the view. the balcony with two doors - one to the bedroom, second to the other room. easy to find the key.

the bed linen is cheap. I prefer other types of textile. the textile doesn’t match to the panorama view at all

Its almost perfect for accomodation in Tbilisi. Location has both pros and contras. But it offers also clean air and its not crowded/noisy area, which is very nice. There is also secret shortcut stair to central area of Vake, located next to Kikliko restaurant, on Mtskheta st, 37.

Great apartments for one or two persons. Really nice place, at night there ain't any noise, but it really close to night life in the city. Host is lovely, helped with every thing that I asked. Definitely will stay again at apartments again.

the flat unit has a generous space. its clean and looks new. close to downtown and major attractions in the city. the could’ve been bigger but the mattress was comfortable and I had a good sleep always. the property has a very tight security ( for safety )

the ambience of the unit feels cold and no character. if only you can add some neutral warmer colors on the walls or any color the can complement the orange upper cabinets of the kitchen. also if you can change the blinds to a proper curtains will add more value to the unit. • the water kettle is old and leaking. • bathroom does not have any towel bars or hooks. no place to keep bathe necessities like: shampoo and other things…. . no bath mats • everything looks nice except the sofa its not comfortable and it is not giving any justice for the space. • please add a more substantial hangers and keep them all the same style. • the tv is a bomber. its not working properly I hope this comments are helpful and please don’t be offended this is only to help to improve the quality of your property
