✓ The house was beautiful. I love the design and how quiet and peaceful the surroundings are. I would say parkings are ample. Was having a problem with the aircond in my room and called Gary pretty late at night and he was there in about 10mins. Gary gave us new room which was pretty much an upgrade to solve the aircond problem. We’re very happy during our stay there.

✗ A bit hard to get your car out if you parked on the front porch because traffic is busy. But you always have an option to park at the back.

✗ improvement required to improve in terms of the staff's communication skills with guests and also the room cleanliness. During my stay, there were some ants surroundings.

A calm and peaceful oasis at a strategic location in Kuantan. Comfortable bed, great baths.

✓ Strategic location. 5 minutes to town, much less to Telok Chempedak. Tanjong Lumpur is also just minutes away and it is easy to get to Beserah and out to Terengganu. Peaceful and quiet, despite being on a rather busy street. Comfortable beds sink you in after a long tiring drive. The unit I was in on the ground floor had a massive bathroom. None of that fancy glass walls dividing the bathroom from the rest of the room that can be quite awkward for some. I shared a room with a friend and I had total privacy while in there.

✗ Parking could be tricky. The parking along Jalan Alor Akar is tricky to get in and out of as the narrow street is very busy and cars are reluctant to yield. The parking at the back is better, but when I was there, another guest parked their car haphazardly, taking space that could otherwise fit two more cars.

✓ The interior is extremely beautiful, a good place to stay for anyone looking for an escape closer to nature. The room I stayed in with a friend was definitely worth the pay, room & bathroom was spacious for 2 people. A peaceful & quiet stay I would say.

✗ 1. The parking was slightly confusing for a first time visitor. 2. Although the place was clean and well-maintained, there was a cockroach in our room during our stay. 3. The TV was also confusing to use. Instructions given was not clear and some channels listed in a laminated sheet was not available to watch.
