✓ the hotel had a good location good breakfast I wanted to thank the night reception, what a service minded person, I wanted to change my room, unfortunately all the rooms were full
✗ bad cleaned two toilet rolls that were used one was almost finished, an old bed that you sank into when you slept and an air conditin that sounded like a tractor couldn't sleep, and the worst the lady who worked during the day arrogant and bad service, it felt like we were there for her sake and behaved like she was the owner of all of Salvador, the owner should send the front desk staff on a how to treat their customers course
✓ Great value for money considering destination. Safe and clean once you are inside the hotel. Obviously cheap and not greatest part of Brazil but great for I pay for. Lovely, fresh breakfast not to be forgotten
✗ Well, I did not like the city but thats nothing to do with hotel. 24 hours reception, security guy outside. All good
✓ breakfast was great
✗ i liked everything
✓ It was all good
✓ All was good
✓ I was able to change the room, as it was horrible
✓ I liked the breakfast, it was descent. Some of the staff were friendly, but the lady from the morning shift do not smile very much.
✗ I didn't like the smell of the room, it smells drain, on my 1st night I woke up with a cock-roach on my head, I thrown it on the floor and stepped on it. Some rooms are very noisy. Not sure with what the floors are cleaned, but it is slippery, so careful. This hotel should be downgrade to 1* or 2*, the standards doesn't reach 3*.
