✗ The last room of the floor tends to be very cold. Once there was no hot water in the area, and Spa lady did not inform visitors about this inconvenience when welcoming them.

A perfect place to stay in Tzakhgadzor.

✓ I often travel to the region and stay at an international chain hotel, however, I decided to stay at another hotel and Elegant was my choice. Starting from the check in, the staff were very professional and friendly. My room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The amenities were outstanding with indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast was delicious wit a wide variety. Overall, I am giving the facility an A+ and will definitely return.

Bit ambitious for 4 stars

✓ rooms are decent and bed is comfortable

✗ I’m a from believe me that hotel staff and service are major in the star rating system and they fell short. Staff seemed irritated with me most of the time whether it was me as a person or the fact that they spoke little to none English. It made things not that great.

Great facility, poor staff

✓ Amazing location and facilities. Great pool, sauna and steam room. Decent quality ski rental

✗ I clearly booked a double room with 2 separate beds and we got a double bed queen size in which we had to squeeze in 2. Despite our complaints there was no way to change room. The hotel committed to help with pcr test while they did not find a lab to run the test in town, while the hotel next door (Aurora) helped us despite we were not customers. Morning transfer to the ski slopes starts at 10 and despite we were 8 people they didn't provide any extra trip at 9.30 when actually ski slopes were opening, forcing us to book 3 taxis. In general customer care should be improved as it doesn't match the 4 star luxury image that the hotel wants to show.
