Wasn’t for me unfortunately

✓ Nice pool

✗ Food, apartment, poolside bar area, €1 for a plastic cup to obtain a drink. Cold water to shower with every single night. Very unpleasant room cleaning staff member with lots of attitude because she didn’t lock my door on two occasions.

✓ Meals were fine requested lower floor both disabled on higher floor 16 steps no hand rail at the bottom. Bed settee had stains all over. Quilt had a big burn in

✗ High floor requests lower no answer quilt had burns in bed stain all over. Not suitable for disabled requests lower floor stated none available. Yet when waiting young able-bodied were given the pool side apartments. Was not happy that the requests for lower apartments were dismissed. I know if was a short time break and not a week or 2 but we should have been treated equally. Staff was brilliant in all areas. Poor entertainment nothing fir adults no shows just music very poor.

✓ Stayed with my friends, we had room.close to pool so it was great to access quickly if needed to get something, pool was nice, good size. Over all a good stay. Big shoutout to a lovely friendly Ana who was behind the bar, she was very helpful 👌

✗ Hotel it self was nice I personally was disappointed by access to the beach, taxi drive or a long walk

Clean, comfortable, great SPA

✓ Comfortable rooms, very clean, delicious food. Very nice ambience. The SPA offers fantastic massages. Highly recommended.

Relaxing, quiet place. Food was good and staff were amazing. Chef had a great sense of humour.

✓ What a fabulous place to stay. Everything was so good but I have to say the cleanliness of the apartments were second to none.

✗ The evening entertainment could be better but it would be hard for the hotel to do better as this is the same for all “all-inclusive” accommodation

Stayed here with a friend. There was karaoke advertised for the first night, but nothing happened. there were no quizzes

✓ reasonably quiet all inclusive drinks until 11pm staff were helpful and friendly

✗ tiny bedroom no food for children not enough sun beds food for adults was very hit and miss evening entertainment was advertised but not available not enough bins by the pool for empty cups

Good 3 star hotel close to dunes

✓ Lovely hotel. Good facilities.15 minute walk to beach. Apartment good size for 1/2 people Plenty of food and drink available Very clean

✗ Restaurant had canteen feel about it Entertainment at night needs improvement Like many all-inclusive hotels the food was good but with little variety
