✓ Andrew, the owner was very sincere, friendly and helpful at any time. His staff are also friendly and cleaned the apartment every day with a smile. Very good location as it is walking distance from the beach and almost every type of restaurant you can imagine. Great value for money. No doubt that I will stay here when I visit Karon again.

✗ The only thing that was frustrating is the fact that the new pool came with a lot of noise when it was under construction but Andrew did inform me about the possible inconvenience when I checked in. However, future guests will be able to enjoy the pool.

Great host and good value for a long stay

✓ Andrew the host is very nice/helpful - he’a easy to communicate with and flexible. He also kindly upgraded us to a house rather than an apartment as there was 3 of us. The place was very clean with beach towels and umbrellas also given 😊 The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed to cook decent meals/make smoothies if you wanted to! Internet is also great if you need to work remotely.

✗ In my opinion, this isn’t the best value for money for short if you’re a backpacket/travelling through compared to other places as you have to pay a 1000 bhat cleaning fee for any stay ($23), and pay for your electricity while there - we were 350 bhat for 4 nights - cooking only 4 times in 4 days! The gym being included for free in the price does make it good value for money, although it was only open 11am - 8pm which wasn’t ideal if you’re planning to be out exploring the area/island as you would probably hope to go to the gym early in the morning before leaving!

Great style of the studio, view of the mountains , quiet neighborhood, hotel security closeby

✗ On arrival Andres kept insisting I take an “upgraded room” and reluctantly showed me the studio I reserved on my request. When I adamantly refused the “upgraded” room Andres continued to push that I take the “upgraded” room. Despite the room I reserved being spotlessly clean and ready for accommodation, Andres stated he needed 30 minutes to clean the room. First night I was there, the door to my studio was unlocked by someone in the middle of the night. I texted Andres requesting review of security video footage if available and to call police if necessary. I also requested no one enter my room unless I requested cleaning. I asked Andres if he understood my requests. His response: “I don’t understand.” Whether it was Andres who unlocked my door and days later(multiple times) pushed on the door when I had it locked, I do not know but I question why he needed 30 minutes to prepare a room that was ready for occupation and why he seemed to know my actions(based on a statement he made.) Unless you want to potentially be videotaped without your consent, I would find another rental. Due to multiple incidents of door being pushed/single incident of door being unlocked, either Andres likes to try to scare/potentially ___?___ with people or there is questionable building security. There is 24 hour hotel security across the street(not affiliated to Andres property.) Unknown on quality of Wi-Fi but someone with “OPPQ 5g” (or similar) accessed my phone while I was listening to music. The day I departed, all of my downloaded Pandora music disappeared.
