Would definitely stay again - clean, great location & value for money.

✓ The location was amazing, right on the Royal Mile, could not ask for better. Also, the property is quite large, we were a party of 4 friends and had more than enough space. Really clean and safe, highly recommend.

✗ Nothing really that I didn't like, we were all quite pleased with the property.

Fabulous find

✓ Location, size of apartment, easy to find, handover of keys.

✗ Only one bathroom. Decorating a bit tired in places. Needs new bulbs in most of the chandelier type lights.

Brilliant flat for a girls trip to the Tattoo

✓ Stunning location, views over royal mile were wonderful. Flat very clean, comfortable, plenty towels, toiletries, coffee tea etc. Beds very comfortable and plenty room in the living area for the 5 of us staying, never felt we were living on top of each other. In fact planning a return visit to the same flat.

Hi Our standard check-in time is 1 pm. We can try for an early check-in but it is entirely dependent on when the previous guest checks out and we can't let you know if this is possible till the day before your scheduled check-in
