Overall - really great.

✓ Full size 25m indoor pool was just amazing. Food was tasty and with a great variety. Location was also great for me - both quiet and within walking distance both to sea and to Cala Ratjada Harbor.

✗ The gym was pretty basic. There were a lot of different desserts every day, but I didn't enjoy them - I would prefer fewer but tastier. Any drinks are paid on dinner - I would appreciate at least water and maybe tee for free.

Luxurious hotel with great breakfast buffet

✓ The breakfast buffet had a huge assortment and I loved being able to swim in the inside swimming pool every morning.

✗ The bed had two legs with wheels which couldn't be completely fixed which meant that the bed moved slightly when one turned around in it. Also I laid awake one morning because a tour bus came to pick up guests at 5 a.m. and did not switch off the motor for half an hour.

Exceptional

✓ Great value for money - breakfast was great the pool area was beautiful with 2 pools (for families and adults only). The hotel offered daily activities like hiking, water aerobics, mini golf, yoga and pilates. The rooms (and hotel) were super clean and beds comfortable.

✗ The fitness room could do with some more weights as well as items such as skipping ropes, resistance bands.

✓ Clear, new and absolutly pretty room and hotel completly. Nice breakfast, fantastic pool and free fitness as well. 10/10 for that price!

✗ A litlle bit noise from other rooms, but just a little. :-)

✓ Liked the breakfast. You have a really big choice of different food. The employees in the restaurant, at the bar & reception, all of them were always polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty! I loved the shower! 😄 Thank you for having a great stay! I wish I wouldn't have to leave today.

how warm are the pools end of October?

The outdoor swimming pools depend on the weather outside and unfortunately nobody knows the ambient temperature at the end of October. But we also have a heated indoor pool, which you will definitely enjoy. Welcome.
