A nice place to relax and enjoy the Armenian capital

The small guest house is conveniently located just in 10 minutes of walk from Rossiya Mall and in 15 minutes of walk from the Republic Square. The size of my room was just beyond my expectations. The bathroom was clean. The shared kitchen had everything I needed, apart from a grater for hash browns and a modern frying pan)) But it was a really minor drawback. A fridge was an asset indeed.The hosts were very friendly and meeting me halfway. I could use the washing machine for free. The arranged airport transfer was cheap and convenient. The driver was super friendly and proposing me to take a tour of Armenia with him. I will certainly take his offer next time I have more time in Armenia!

Two stairs at the door in my private bathroom were a disaster for me at the beginning. I fell twice forgetting about their existence on the first day/night.. It may sense to make a ramp there instead..
