Exceptional

✓ The hotels location was fantastic, right in the centre of all the action - so great if you plan to join in the nightlife. Facilities were awesome, everything you'd want or need in your room was there. Breakfast was excellent, get one item from the a la carte and a help yourself buffet. Stayed in the W Barcelona a couple of weeks prior to this stay, and both these hotels have really set a high bar - my hotel of choice going forward !

✗ The reception / check-in area was a bit cramped. Also - the lifts were really slow, and at times had a queue. Luckily we were only a couple of floors up, so just took the stairs.

✓ The location to Dam square. Upstairs bar staff just lovely. That’s it

✗ Only one front desk staff if any at all. I paid for suite with canal view. My TV didn’t work. Broken makeup mirror gone. Only one elevator works from lobby to the rooftop bar
