✓ Great place on a dead end road, which cuts down on noise and traffic. The rooms and place look great and are very clean, although could use a refresh since the last time I was here in 2015. The staff are awesome and will do anything and make sure you're taken care of. Super friendly and helpful.

✗ Not a dislike, just know to get to the main street and areas of Seminyak it's a little bit of a walk (flat) but keeps the traffic away from the hotel.

✓ I like the building and the interior there, staffs are very friendly. It’s only 10 minutes walk to a beach although it’s a bit difficult to find the way. You should ask at the front desk.

Beautiful big pool and superb location but some improvements can make it even better

✓ - The location is absolutely amazing. I wanted to be in upper Seminyak area since I knew I would go to Canggu often for beach clubs and some of my favorite places (Ling ling, Shooters, Felicia spa- all 5mins on foot) were close by. It's like 5 mins drive to main seminyak street and 10-25 mins to all Canggu area by scooter. - Although it is very central it is in the quiet area so it's super peaceful! - The staff here are simply amazing and very helpful. Thank you all and especially Mr. Sandosa! - The room was bigger than it looks from the photos. - Comfortable beds and pillows! - Big pool

✗ - The room (especially on the left side) gets very bright in the early morning as there is not much of block on the bathroom doors that faces the sun. They gotta change the blind to 100% light block ones. - The shower water temperature is hard to control. It gets super hot and super cold. I ended up staying in 3 different rooms due to my trip schedule and seems like each room is different - Wifi is quite slow - Shampoo was pretty low quality and I had to buy my own from a store - Shower booth door doesn't perfectly work so the water leaks - Shower head was not very clean
