✓ The city hotel has the perfect location in the city centre. There are many small restaurants, coffee bars and even beauty salons in 5-10 min by foot, plus 24h grocery shopping in 15 min. The hotel is located in a fantastic old fashion building with a balcony longue; the staff is friendly and helpful.
✗ Breakfast in the hotel isn't a popular option and has a fixed menu you are not asked about. I hope the hotel staff will improve this service. For now, I recommend skipping this option and getting breakfast in small restaurants nearby. I would also appreciate a bit more attention to the cleaning - in 3 days there were no visits from the cleaning team, and even the trash bin was missing in the room.

We had a lovely stay at Saryan hotel, the staff made us feel very welcomed and helped us with anything we needed!

Hotel with prospective
✓ The staff is very friendly. The hotel is in an area with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. 10 min walk to Republic Square. Simple rooms. Break fast is very simple and not a buffet as on the photo.
✗ The hotel need some maintenance and tune ups. I stayed in different rooms and one room didn’t have a small fridge, while the others had. was missing rubbish bin in the room.
