✓ The Grand Resort Jermuk Hotel meets the highest standards of comfort and quality. We were at the hotel for 3 days with a treatment program. We liked everything. We did not see any disadvantages. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The treatment is done by experienced professionals. Kind smiles, quality service - that's what we saw at this hotel. Jermuk has an unusually beautiful nature. The mountains, the grand waterfall, the mountain river, and lots of trees create a special atmosphere of rest. I've stayed in other sanatoriums and hotels with more delicious cuisine than in this hotel. But everything is edible, the assortment varies. There are a lot of national dishes. I would especially like to mention the friendly attitude of the staff towards the guests from different countries. These are guests from India, Russia and other countries. It's very nice.

✓ The staff were absolutely friendly. The room was super comfy and clean. The pool and jaccuzi were so fun.

✗ The buffet would have been better if it had Armenian cuisine instead of only Russian. And the treatments were not worth any money they are just useless. And the doctor was extremely rude. TVs had no YouTube or Netflix which is a bit boring if you want to spend some time in your room.

Very nice. Would recommend anyone to experience it at least once if they love nature and peace.

✓ The food was excellent. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. The location was great. Amazing nature surrounded by. The rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. You have nice medical services included in the package, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna which are nice if you are trying to relax.

✗ So many insects surrounding the hotel which got into our room at night. But the staff quickly gave us a new room to sleep in which was nice.
