Enjoyable stay at Akanani apartments

✓ It was comfortable and clean.The staff was extra friendly.

Very nice place, spacious rooms, very clean and neat.

✗ Some of the units, specifically the one next to ours, did not have hot water after we had showered. My apartment had hot water so am not sure if 2 apartments share a geyser? That was the only small problem, the rest were all very nice and lovely place to stay!

✓ I liked the modern, clean and simple layout of the apartment. The bed was comfortable. The Internet speed was great. The TV is huge and has lots of viewing options.

✗ I was not able to charge my devices. The residence ( unfortunately, the same can be said of others around) have only one way of charging that does not work with plugs used in East Africa, where I reside.

✗ They should give space so in case guests have a change in their programs, they could extend and not be told to check out. Thats not hospitality! Hotels and guesthouse should know that they work in hospitality and they should really think about their guests and not just how much they suck out of people's pocket. The hotels industry is not yet fully regulated throughout Africa. So each one does what they want. Its ridiculous.
