    the house is nice, especially the kitchen living room and outside

    i thought the communication with the establishment wasn't good and made appointments were not lived up to. Waiting for checkin that never came... asked for an invoice that never came, asked for info and the reply was incorrect, etc.

    What is the cancellation policy? We had booked a vacation last year and had to cancel in January. This was because of corona virus.
