Amazing apartment and location but poor service from the agents

✓ Fabulous little studio apartment, with great views. Fully kitted out with everything you need (far more than what’s listed in the description). Soldeu is a lovely resort and within walking distance.

✗ I arrived out of hours so picking up the key wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been. The location of the office is a long walk from the actual apartments when you have luggage to carry in the dark. The instructions weren’t that clear and the map wasn’t to scale, had to ask directions form a nearby hotel. On departing, the office wasn’t open to drop off the keys as advertised. I left them in a safe place and emailed the company to confirm they had received them. they have yet to reply which is frustrating.

Check the room sizes before you pay. This resort is not suitable for young children

✓ Clean rooms, full facilities

✗ The second property was too small. But the worst thing was that there was no lighting on the landings or stairwells, you had to grope around for a switch, so much danger of falling down the stairs. At the very least the light switches should be illuminated. Smell from en-suite bathroom was awful. Kids like to watch tv but they were too small and only local channels, nothing in English, need smart tv's so we can log on to channels in English, entertain kids in evenings

✗ it’s a good trek to Soldeu, probably further from the ski lift than stated. instructions to find the flat and parking could be clearer. also needs an iron.
