✗ We’re currently at the hotel, overall the rooms are really nice specially the first line sea view ones. We can rate food at 7/10 which is great actually. But what bothers us the most is the aggressive staff, specially with Egyptians every day we go through 2-3 hassles with the staff members. First time was with one of the staff at the Disco who turned off the music out of no where and said I am having a headache 😅 The second one was with one of the waiters at the pool bar when I asked him for a drink and said “lw samaht ya m3alem 3aiz drink” he gave me a lesson that he doesn’t like the word “ya m3alem” And today at the restaurant one of the waiters refused to get me drinks and said that was from my generosity that I was going to get you coffee but I forgot.. A really great hotel but they need to work more with training their staff members..

No 5 stars hotel

✗ Very poor service in restaurant - it was not good..... it is not 5 stars hotel, no service on the beach, beach bar and lounge bar only 1 person for all guests, swimming only from the pier....

Perfect - only good memories

✓ We will have only good memories from this stay! We love this hotel! This was our second time at this hotel and as always everything was great! Since last year the hotel has been refurbished, common areas and rooms. Luxurious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds. Worth paying for the sea view. Delicious food in the restaurant. When I reported to the cooks that I had allergies and special dietary needs, they took great care of me and helped me choose food every day. Staff and Guest Relations do everything to make your stay an unforgettable experience full of good memories. A wonderful, sandy beach by the hotel and the most beautiful coral reef I've ever seen in Egypt. I recommend going on a camel or horseback tour. It is also worth seeing the Abu Dabbab beach where turtles live in the area. See you soon! We will be back in a few months :)

Exceptional experience & A great vacation

✓ Everything was great, the staff, the room, the restaurant, the bar and specially Mr. Moustafa Abdel Badea & Mr. Hamdy Ibrahim from the restaurant team they were very helpful & professional. Really; It was a greet vacation specially the snorkeling.

Average 4 star hotel

✓ Early check-in and late checkout where a available. Snorkeling and pool where cool.

✗ Some staff are not friendly. Snaks are in the same time of the meals. Snacks are limited in variety. Some staff are unfriendly. I had to ask for room stuff to be refilled one day. And finally it is 4 stars not 5 ... why it is 5 stars in booking? The certificate is 4 stars only.
