Perfect short break in a quiet location.

✓ Lovely location in a quiet street, my room was perfect with a small balcony, plenty of choices at breakfast, very relaxed atmosphere.. I would return again.

Good but needs some love

✓ The beds were comfortable and it was a nice looking hotel. Good walking location to city centre. Pierre (man who runs breakfast) is friendly.

✗ Cleaniless could have been better in room and bedroom. We couldn't put A/C during the day or night. I think if it improved on cleanliness and upgrade breakfast area then it would be much better.

Average stay

✓ The room was clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe for a woman travelling alone.

✗ The window of my room was on a road and it was loud early in the morning, sometimes even before 5 am. Officially they have AC but there was no remote in the room, so I had to sleep with the window open. The room itself has some signs of wear and tear: it has not been renewed too recently. I could not connect to the WiFi with my phone because, as the owner said, "it happens with some Android phones". I was not given any help with this issue and I did not have WiFi for the whole stay. The breakfast is really essential: most of it was commercial and packaged and, even if I went at the end of may when fruit is delicious and varied, they only had apples and bananas. Nothing home made was offered.

✓ The room was quite small but appropiate for our group. The location is close to all Pisa attractions, 15 mins walking from the city center. Good breakfast

✗ Our room wasn’t warm so we had to use AC all the time (our stay was in March). Without the AC, we would freeze in the morning
