✗ The Friday night was really noisy from the bistro downstairs. The shower was a bit too hard to adjust the temperature of the water to have a shower and quite weak water.

✓ It was a spacious room, clean and comfortable
✗ Having to walk up 23 stairs to the room as we had a fair bit of luggage. The floors were very creaky and noisy.

✗ I had a cleaner come into my room at 20 to 10 and ask if I was checking out at 10. I was naked and just about to put my clothes on to leave. She very quickly realised her mistake and left. Really good stay otherwise! I enjoy staying with you!

✓ Convenient to public transport. Comfortable room without being great. Good meals in bar area.
✗ No space for luggage storage. Would have been good if fridge and clock were turned on before I arrived.

Convenient location with a clean and comfortable room. A very good two nights.
✓ The cleanliness was the first thing I noticed. Very clean, the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked all the time. Also having the ability to watch Netflix and other channels was a bonus.
✗ To improve things I would have liked a toaster in the room as the Morphett Arms don't have breakfast and when leaving I wasn't able to get anything for my long drive home unless I stopped somewhere that was open. It was inconvenient but not the end of the world.

Unfortunately we do not offer breakfast at the property . We have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a small café directly across from the hotel that the guests often use for breakfast. Thanks
